Servicer definition

Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.
Servicer means (i) the Master Servicer with respect to a non-Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and the Special Servicer with respect to a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, or (ii) with respect to a specific function, right or obligation as to which the Servicing Agreement designates the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, the party so designated, as applicable, pursuant to the Servicing Agreement.
Servicer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.6 hereof.
