Serviced Apartments definition

Serviced Apartments means a block or blocks of flats comprising self-contained apartments with provision of kitchenettes /kitchens and support services for residents such as concierge, housekeeping and/or laundry that cater to short-term stays either on a weekly or monthly basis, with a high turnover of tenants and developed, owned and/or managed under one (1) single ownership, i.e. a non-strata sub-divisible entity;
Serviced Apartments means the Property Partner’s serviced apartment or apartments which the Agent has agreed with the Property Partner that it may advertise on its website and elsewhere;
Serviced Apartments means: A fully furnished and equipped Apartment, accessed by corridors, stairwells and any common part of the building, inclusive of gas, electricity, water, drainage and sewerage, Council Tax, TV license, a once per week cleaning and linen service.

  • Staff Quarters Sublease A branch company of the Project Company (which is indirectly owned as to 98.99% by Yuexiu REIT) (the “Branch Company”) provides accommodation (the “Staff Quarters”) for some of its Hospitality Staff at a location near the Hotel and the Serviced Apartments.

  • In the event that ALDANO Serviced Apartments uses this deposit, it shall notify the Tenant thereof.

  • ALDANO Serviced Apartments shall be entitled at its own discretion to take these investments over free of charge at the end of the lease agreement or to request their removal by the Tenant.


More Definitions of Serviced Apartments

Serviced Apartments means a building containing 2 or more dwellings which are cleaned and otherwise serviced or maintained by the owner or manager of the building or the owner’s or manager’s agent.
Serviced Apartments means establishments which mostly comprise self-contained units at the same location, and which are available on a unit/apartment basis to the general public for a minimum of one night. Each unit should have full cooking facilities (ie hot plates and oven/microwave), refrigerator and bath/shower and toilet facilities; all bed linen and towels should be provided, and daily servicing (ie cleaning and bed making).
Serviced Apartments means a building or buildings which include self-contained units for transient accommodation;
Serviced Apartments means a block or blocks of flats comprising self-contained apartments with provision of kitchenettes / kitchens and support services for residents such as concierge, housekeeping and/or laundry that cater to short-term stays either on a weekly or monthly basis, with a high turnover of tenants and developed, owned and/or managed under one (1) single ownership, i.e. a non-strata sub-divisible entity;
Serviced Apartments means the fully furnished serviced apartments in the Project and shall include both Type ‘A’ Apartments and Type ‘B’ Apartments;

Related to Serviced Apartments

  • Cooperative Apartment A dwelling unit in a multi-dwelling building owned or leased by a Cooperative, which unit the Mortgagor has an exclusive right to occupy pursuant to the terms of a proprietary lease or occupancy agreement.

  • Apartment Dwelling means any dwelling unit within a building containing more than four dwelling units where the units are connected by an interior corridor;

  • Said Apartment means the specific apartment applied for by the Applicant(s), details of which have been set out in this Application and includes any alternative apartment that may be allotted by the Company in lieu of the Said Apartment.

  • Residential Dwelling Unit means any portion of a building that contains living facilities, including a room or rooms in a facility that have shared cooking, bathing, toilet, or laundry facilities such as dormitories, shelters, assisted living facilities, and boarding homes. "Residential dwelling unit" does not mean a guest room in a motel or hotel.

  • Residential Dwelling Any one of the following: (i) a detached one-family dwelling, (ii) a detached two- to four-family dwelling, (iii) a one-family dwelling unit in a Xxxxxx Xxx eligible condominium project, (iv) a manufactured home, or (v) a detached one-family dwelling in a planned unit development, none of which is a co-operative or mobile home.

  • Residential means that the Premises where the Service is installed are used wholly:

  • Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.

  • Recreational area means areas, excluding private single family residential areas, designated for active play, recreation or public assembly in parks, sports fields, picnic grounds, amphitheaters or golf course tees, fairways, roughs, surrounds and greens.

It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Residentia Group means Residentia Group Pty Ltd of 165 Barkly Avenue Burnley VIC, ACN 600 546 656 in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia;

  • Senior citizen center means a facility having the primary purpose of providing services to the aged as defined in Section 62A-3-101.
