Service Yard definition

Service Yard means the service yard forming part of One Finsbury Circus and serving One Finsbury Circus and the Building shown (for the purposes of identification only) coloured blue on Plan 5, the rights and obligations in respect of which are governed by the 1978 Transfer, the 1987 Transfer and the 2014 Deed;
Service Yard means a defined screened area providing utility services including washing line facilities for, amongst others, general residential developments;
Service Yard means any yard area utilized for storage of materials or vehicles accessory to, or used in conjunction with, the principal use of the lot or building, or used for garbage or trash containers, or for the location of mechanical equipment accessory to the principal building or use. All commer- cial and public service yards shall be fenced so as not to be visible from the street, and such fences shall be a minimum of six (6) feet above grade, or as otherwise approved by H.A.R.C.

  • The Tenant shall pay on demand a fair proportion of any costs reasonably and properly incurred or payable by the Landlord in respect of any land or Service Media outside the Building but used in connection with the Premises including costs in respect of the Service Yard pursuant to the 1978 Transfer, the 1987 Transfer and the 2014 Deed (to the extent not charged to the Tenant by way of the Service Charge).

  • Subtenant shall comply with all the terms of this Sublease and Master Lease relevant to the construction of such Service Yard.

  • Seller has previously completed all improvements within the Block 26 Service Yard that are not driven specifically by the 1455 Improvements.
