Service Work Order definition

Service Work Order or “SWO” refers to a unique entry within Owner’s CAFM system. Issuance of a SWO constitutes Work Authorization. The Consultant must login to Owner’s CAFM system and “accept” the SWO issued prior to beginning Work. The SWO references and incorporates other documents such as the Services Request Form and Consultant Proposal Form as well as the Contract Documents.

Service Work Order. Means a Work Order pursuant to which Administrator is obligated to provide some or all of the types of services described therein. Services Is the collective reference to all of the services Administrator is obligated to perform under this Agreement. Statement Has the meaning set forth in Section 1 of Exhibit B. System Is a collective reference to a computer software system which may be the property of Administrator, Customer or a third party. A “System” includes all materials related thereto, which may include, without limitation, documentation, file layouts, flow charts, logic diagrams, source codes, object codes, and materials of any type whatsoever (tangible or intangible and machine or human readable) which incorporate or reflect the design, specifications, or workings of such programs and any changes, additions or modifications thereto. Technical Specifications Has the meaning set forth in Section 4 of Exhibit B. Term Has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.

Related to Service Work Order

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Service dog means a dog that has been individually trained by an organization or person specializing in service dog training to perform a task to assist a person with a disability with a need related to their disability.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;
