Service Web Site definition

Service Web Site means the location on the Internet or other public data network accessed via a computing device at a URL specified by Verizon which will serve as a location and mechanism through which (i) information about a Data Service or Software may be provided by Verizon, (ii) a Person may elect to become a Subscriber or modify elections made for such Data Service or Software, or (iii) Content may be accessed by, transmitted to the Data Service by, or delivered to Subscribers. With respect to any Web Site maintained on the World Wide Web, such Web Site includes all HTML Pages (or similar unit of information presented in any relevant data protocol) that either are identified by the same second-level domain (such as xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) or by an equivalent level identifier in any relevant address scheme. 3.38 “Software” means on whatever media provided, a program, or programs, including data files, system software and application software and firmware consisting of machine readable logical instructions and tables of information, which guide the functioning of a processor or which provide functional and operational performance capabilities and capacities, including all updates, 5 Application Service Provider Agreement - Synchronoss and Verizon Proprietary and Confidential

  • You may dispute charges for calls you do not believe originated or were accepted at any telephone terminal equipment providing access to the Services, in accordance with the procedure described in the introductory pages of the telephone directory or at the Service Web Site.

  • Upon notice published on the Service Web Site, Corecon may modify this Agreement and may discontinue or revise any or all other aspects of the Service at its sole discretion.

  • The following provisions apply in the event the Service Web Site is formatted such that a reasonable User would believe that the Service Web Site is owned, controlled, or operated by Customer (“Customer-Branded Web Site”).

  • Linking to any other page or subdomain of the Service Web Site is not allowed.

Service Web Site means the internet web site(s) operated by Elavon and located at the URL designated by Elavon for Customer to access the Hosted Gateway Services (as that URL may be updated from time to time) and that constitutes a part of the Elavon Services.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.
