Service Water definition

Service Water means Off-Taker’s Mill service water supplied by Off Taker to Provider and delivered to the Service Water Delivery Point, for use in the Plant operations for Coke quenching operations, the operations of the pusher-charger machines located at the Plant, and other miscellaneous Plant operations for which the use of such service water is suitable. Service water does not include Feed Water.
Service Water means the line running from the system waterline to the user's structure of which the portion from the waterline to and including the curb box shall be owned and maintained by the County and the portion from the curb box to the user's structure shall be owned and maintained by the user.
Service Water means untreated water from xxxxx on Peoples' property or ------------- from such other source(s) that Peoples may develop.
