Service Unusable definition

Service Unusable means a production issue that prevents more than one of the Customer’s Users from access to, or use of, the Covered Services. The Customer must identify a Request as Service Unusable. Standard Request means a Request made by the Customer to Alphacruncher that is not a Service Unusable Request or Feature Request. Software means the proprietary and licensed software components as well as interfaces, and APIs used by Alphacruncher to provide the Services. Statement of Work or SOW means a Document executed by both Parties describing: (i) the Scientific Services to be performed, (ii) Fees and (iii) any applicable milestones, dependencies and other technical or recognized scientific standards and specifications or related information related to the Scientific Services. Subcontractors Suppliers used by Alphacruncher to provide the Services. Taxes means any compulsory financial charge or some other type of levy imposed upon a taxpayer by a governmental organization. Technical Support Services or TSS means the technical support services provided by Alphacruncher to the Customer under the TSS Guidelines. TSS Guidelines means the then-current support service guidelines at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx Term Duration of the Agreement as set forth in the Order Form. Terms Alphacruncher’s general terms and conditions which constitute the legal basis for the Services. Usage Data means query logs, and any data (other than Customer Data) relating to the operation, support and/or about the Customer’s use of the Service.
Service Unusable means a production issue that prevents more than one of the Customer’s End Users from access to, or use of, the Services, or where Customer's network is not receiving any inbound email (and/or outbound email) from the Services. Customer must identify a Request as Service Unusable by designating it as a P1 Priority support Request.
Service Unusable means any situation where you, adhering to published technical guidelines for and documented correct usage of CARTO, are unable to access or use CARTO for a period of time greater than fifteen (15) minutes.

  • Upon receiving a support Request, Learning Objects will determine, in its sole discretion, whether the Request is a "Service Unusable Request", a "Standard Support Request", or a "Feature Request" as defined below.

  • Service Unusable Requests are responded to 24/7 with a target initial response time of one hour.

Service Unusable is any situation where Customer is unable to access or use the Services to manage a majority of the Customer’s Products. Customer must identify a Request as Service Unusable by designating it as a P1 Priority support Request.

  • Service User means the person directly receiving the Services provided by the Provider as specified in the Service Specifications and includes their Carer and Legal Guardian where appropriate Service Quality Performance Report means a report as described in Appendix J (Service Quality Performance Report)

Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Unsuitable for Its Permitted Use means, with respect to any Facility, a state or condition of such Facility such that (a) following any damage or destruction involving a Facility, (i) such Facility cannot be operated on a commercially practicable basis for its Permitted Use and it cannot reasonably be expected to be restored to substantially the same condition as existed immediately before such damage or destruction, and as otherwise required by Section 10.2.4, within twelve (12) months following such damage or destruction or such longer period of time as to which business interruption insurance is available to cover Rent and other costs related to the applicable Property following such damage or destruction, (ii) the damage or destruction, if uninsured, exceeds $1,000,000 or (iii) the cost of such restoration exceeds ten percent (10%) of the fair market value of such Property immediately prior to such damage or destruction, or (b) as the result of a partial taking by Condemnation, such Facility cannot be operated, in the good faith judgment of Tenant, on a commercially practicable basis for its Permitted Use.
