Service Tower definition

Service Tower means one of the technical lines of the Designated Services included within the Service Towers as set forth in Schedule 2.1 (Service Towers).
Service Tower means each of the Cross Tower Services, Data Center and Cloud Services, Network Services, Database Services and IT Security Services as set out in Attachments A-1 to A-5.
Service Tower has the meaning set forth in the applicable Service Agreement.

More Definitions of Service Tower

Service Tower means a self-contained subset of the technological services to be provided under this Agreement that can be identified, measured, priced and benchmarked.
Service Tower has the meaning given in Section 1.3 of Exhibit A.
Service Tower means each collection of independent Services (e.g., ADM Services, Infrastructure Services, Transition Services and Security Services) to be provided under this Agreement;

Service Transfer means the transfer of the Services to the Customer or a Replacement Service Provider following the termination or expiry (whether in whole or in part) of this Agreement.
Service Tower means a group of Services that the Parties designate as a separate “Service Tower” in this Agreement or in mutually agreed upon written specifications.
Service Tower or Service Area means the applicable category or scope of IT Services (e.g., Cross-Functional Tower, the Data Center Tower, the Network Management Tower, the Applications Support Tower, the Service Desk Tower and the End User Tower) for which Provider has established a service fee and pricing mechanism (e.g., RU based pricing, rate card) to deliver to Client, as well as performance metrics for which performance can be evaluated (e.g., Service Levels).
