Service Termination Date definition

Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

More Definitions of Service Termination Date

Service Termination Date means the earlier of (a) the date on which the Participant's employment with the Company or its Affiliate terminates for whatever reason, and (b) the start of any period of garden leave during which the Participant ceases to provide services to the Company or its Affiliates in accordance with the Participant's Contract of Employment provided that, if the Participant and Worldpay, Inc. agree that the Participant will remain a director of Worldpay, Inc. following the termination of his employment, the Service Termination Date will be the date on which the Participant ceases to be a director.
