Service Tariff definition

Service Tariff means the tariff detailing the individual Service charges (exclusive of VAT) payable by the Customer as set out in the Purchase Order or as notified to the Customer from time to time; Services: means the services which Cavendish Communications has agreed to provide the Customer, as detailed in the Purchase Order; Specification: the description or specification of the Equipment and Services as set out in a Purchase Order; Working Day: between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 on any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the clearing banks are open for normal banking business in England.
Service Tariff means a tariff filed with the RRC for transport that describes the Propane Specifications for Propane to which such tariff applies, the Receipt Point and Delivery Point for same and the rates applicable to the services described therein.
Service Tariff means the Authority’s Service Tariff No. WNY-20, as may be modified from time to time by the Authority, which contains, among other things, the rate schedule establishing rates and other commercial terms for sale of Electric Service to Customer under this Agreement.
