Service Report definition

Service Report means the notification of a Service Event to the Helpdesk;
Service Report has the meaning given in Section 1 (Service Level Specification) of Schedule Part 12 (Service Requirements);
Service Report means the monthly report relating to information on the Services as is more particularly set out in Schedule 13 (Governance and Reporting);

More Definitions of Service Report

Service Report means a report or document which is presented in a legible format and meets the required standard as set out in Clause 4.3 and 4.4 of the Contractors Operational Procedures and Reporting Requirements and provides a definitive asset condition rating and asset condition classification following delivery of a Planned Preventative Maintenance task;
Service Report means the monthly report prepared by the Contractor in accordance with paragraph 1 of Part B of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Measures and Monitoring) which is substantially in the form of Appendix 2 to Schedule 2.2 (or such revised form and/or including such additional information as may be reasonably requested by the DCC from time to time);
Service Report means the report(s) as defined in paragraph [7] of the Specification; Specification means the specification contained in Schedule 2 (Specification); Specific Change in Law means any Change in Law which specifically refers to the provision of services the same as or similar to the Services; Stop Notice means a notice issued by the Authority in accordance with clause 6; Sub-Contract means a contract between two or more suppliers, at any stage of remoteness from the Authority in a subcontracting chain, made wholly or substantially for the purpose of performing (or contributing to the performance of) the whole or any part of the Services; Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor engaged by the Supplier in connection with the provision of the Services and approved by the Authority;
Service Report means the report(s) as defined in the Specification;
Service Report. Means the report to be produced by the Contractor in accordance with paragraph 2.1.1 of schedule 2.
Service Report is defined in Clause 14.20.4.
Service Report means a service report in agreed form delivered by the Project Company in respect of each Quarter Period in accordance with Clause 27 (Payments).
