  • PRIORITY OF SERVICE PUBLICATIONS The order of priority of the Company’s Service Publications is: the applicable Pricing Schedule; any applicable Service Contract, the Company’s Policies and these Terms and Conditions; provided that for any regulated services a rule may be first in priority in any jurisdiction where the applicable law or regulation does not permit contract terms to take precedence over inconsistent rules.

  • Subject to Section 8.2(b) (Materially Adverse Impact), AT&T may revise Service Publications at any time.

  • If a conflict exists among provisions of the Company’s Service Publications, such conflicts will be resolved in accordance with the preceding order of priority; provided that specific terms will control over general provisions and negotiated or added terms, conditions or pricing will control over standardized, published or non-negotiated terms, conditions and pricing.

  • CHANGES TO SERVICE PUBLICATIONS Unless otherwise provided in your Service Publications, the Company may revise its Service Publications at any time.

  • Customer agrees that it is impractical for AT&T to provide here all the terms and conditions, including rates and charges, which are set forth in the Service Publications, and that AT&T has acted reasonably in providing access to all Service Publications.

  • AT&T and Member hereby agree to the terms and conditions of (i) the Contract; (ii) applicable terms and conditions posted or incorporated by reference on the AT&T Sourcewell Program Website and the relevant Service Publications for the Services that Member has selected.

  • Publications means communication to the offices of a Member, including subscriptions to newspapers, and periodicals.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.

  • Publication means any report, article, educational material, handbook, brochure, pamphlet, press release, public service announcement, web page, audio or visual material or other communication for public dissemination, which relates to all or any portion of the Grant Plan or is paid for in whole or in part using Grant Funds.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Video means simulated movement created by the display of a series of images creating the illusion of continuous movement.
