Service Provider Representatives definition

Service Provider Representatives means all persons engaged by the Service Provider in the performance of its obligations under the Contract including: its employees and workers (including persons employed by a third party but working for and under the control of the Service Provider); its agents, Service Providers and carriers; and any sub-contractor of the Service Provider (whether approved under clause 31 (Sub-contracting) or otherwise).
