Service Provider Member definition

Service Provider Member means any Member that holds Units that were issued in connection with the performance of services as an employee or other service provider to Corporation, the Company or any of their respective Subsidiaries (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Common Units that were purchased pursuant to the terms of an Award Agreement with an employee or other service provider), whether or not such Member continues to provide services on or after the date hereof.
Service Provider Member means any Member who is registered as a service provider Member of FASA from time to time in terms of the MOI.
Service Provider Member means those persons, firms, companies, bodies corporate and organisations admitted to Service Provider Membership of the Company pursuant to Rule 20 and whose membership has not ceased or lapsed under this Constitution, having the rights, powers and obligations set out in Rule 8 but excluding those persons who, at the date of the 2008 annual general meeting of the Company, are deemed to be Ordinary Members or Media Members pursuant to the definitions of those terms in this Constitution;
