Service Provider Group definition

Service Provider Group means Service Provider and those entities which are its Affiliates.

Service Provider Group means the Service Providers and any member of the Brookfield Group that any Service Provider has arranged to provide the Services to any Service Recipient;

Service Provider Group means the Service Provider, its Affiliates (other than any member of the YieldCo Group or any Project Company) and any other Person the Service Provider has subcontracted to provide the services provided for in this Agreement.

Examples of Service Provider Group in a sentence

• If any Service Provider or any member of the Service Provider Group is instructed to take any action that is not in such compliance by a Service Recipient’s Governing Body, such person will promptly notify such Governing Body of its judgment that such action would not comply with or violate any such Laws or otherwise would not be permitted by such Governing Instrument.

• Any amount payable by any Service Recipient to any member of the Service Provider Group hereunder which is not remitted when so due will remain due (whether on demand or otherwise) and interest will accrue on such overdue amounts (both before and after judgment) at a rate per annum equal to the Interest Rate.

• A copy of the computations and allocations made will thereafter, for informational purposes only, promptly be delivered to each Service Recipient by the relevant member of the Service Provider Group upon request.

• Any failure by the Service Provider Group to collect monies on account of these Governmental Charges shall not constitute a waiver of the right to do so.

• The Service Providers hereby agree that any money or other property of the Service Recipients or their Subsidiaries held by the Service Provider Group under this Agreement shall be held by the relevant member of the Service Provider Group as custodian for such Person, and the relevant member of the Service Provider Group’s records shall be appropriately marked clearly to reflect the ownership of such money or other property by such Person.

Service Provider Group means the Service Provider, its sub-Service Providers
