Service Provider Agreements definition

Service Provider Agreements means, when used with respect to any Service Provider, the Servicing Agreement, the Insurance Agreement, the Administrative Services Agreement, this Master Indenture, or, in the case of a Liquidity Facility Provider, the applicable agreements providing for payment or reimbursement of fees and expenses of such Liquidity Facility Provider, in each case as applicable to such Service Provider which is party thereto, or any of the foregoing individually as the context requires.
Service Provider Agreements means, collectively, the Servicing Agreement, the Service Provider Administrative Agency Agreement, and the Cash Management Agreement.

  • The termination of the Service Provider Agreement by one Party may justify the Identity Federation to terminate the Service Provider Agreements of all the Parties.

More Definitions of Service Provider Agreements

Service Provider Agreements means, collectively, those agreements set forth on Schedule II hereto; and “Service Provider Agreement” means any one of the foregoing.

Ltd., Aylesbury Satellite Systems, Bermuda Telephone Company, Chungwha Telecommunications Co. Ltd., Cupola Group, Globaltel J.S.C., Global Touch, Martxx Xxxecommunications Co. Ltd., Mobile Telecommunications Africa, Trans Arab Telecommunication Co., Trinity Globalstar Ltd. and Vantage Holdings Ltd. and any agreements which the Borrower may enter into in the future with a service provider to provide voice, fax, data, messaging, paging, geolocation, information or other services using Borrower's satellite constellation.
Service Provider Agreements has the meaning given in Section 4.01 of this Appendix 2.
