Service Product definition

Service Product means anything (corporeal or incorporeal) and including IP, created as a consequence of, or in the course of providing, the services;
Service Product means a Licensed Product that is a service provided by Licensee, Affiliate or Sublicensee. Research and development carried out by Licensee, Affiliates, or a Sublicensee for the purpose of creating Clinically-Approved Products or Other Products does not constitute a Service Product.

  • Buyer should use a Service other than Seller's Voice Service Product, such as a traditional POTS line from the local ILEC, for mission critical transmissions.

More Definitions of Service Product

Service Product means any kit, product, compound, biological agent or other material, made, used, or sold by a third party, which is not covered by Patent Rights and does not comprise a Biological Product, but which is an agonist, an antagonist, or an inverse agonist that is identified by the Licensee, its Affiliates, Joint Ventures, or sublicensees through the use of Services provided to the third party by Licensee, its Affiliates, Joint Ventures, or sublicensees.
Service Product means the Proposal, Report and all charts, tables, drawings, graphs, opinions, advice and recommendations, written or oral, made by the Consultant pursuant to the Services.
Service Product means a matrix of maintenance services and bundles that Teljoy EasyFix may offer from time to time permitting the Customer to nominate an Appliance to be maintained to the extent provided by the manufacturer of the product by Teljoy EasyFix in consideration for the corresponding Fee.
