Service Portal definition

Service Portal refers to the web-based, Customer accessible portal by which Services can be managed and tickets against Service Incidents and Service Requests can be opened. Service Portal can be accessed at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Service Portal means a CenturyLink Web site through which Customer may request additions and changes to certain Services. CenturyLink may provide Customer with more than one Service Portal URL and associated user name and password for the Services provided under this Service-specific section.
Service Portal or “Support Services Portal” is the web portal at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx/support-portal- home.

Service Portal means the website on the OpenNet Platform found on xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx/ which shall be accessible through a web browser and Public Internet secured VPN client software;

Software has the meaning set forth in clause 4.2 of these Specific Terms.
