Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;
Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.
Service User means the person directly receiving the Services provided by the Provider as specified in the Service Specifications and includes their Carer and Legal Guardian where appropriate Service Quality Performance Report means a report as described in Appendix J (Service Quality Performance Report)
Local Service Request (LSR means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.
Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.
Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.
Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;
approach control service means air traffic control service for arriving or departing controlled flights;
Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Access Service Request (ASR means the industry standard form used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect trunks for the purposes of Interconnection.
Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.
