Service Overview definition

Service Overview means the Attachment 1 to this document, which is governed by the terms of this Agreement and included herein by reference. A Service Overview describes the Services to be provided by DBAG to Customer, Service - specific terms and conditions as well the remuneration. A Service Overview only becomes effective if executed during the Term. means the technical environment made available by DBAG for simulation purposes, hereinafter also referred to as T7 Cloud Simulation means the term of this agreement pursuant to Section 8.

  • Local Service Request (LSR means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

Interconnection Customer:

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Service Desk means the single point of entry for all Service Tickets and Service Requests which can be accessed over the phone, by email or via our portal.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Network Service User means an entity using Network Transmission Service.

  • Service Type means the customer class, partial customer class and/or group of customer classes, as set forth in a Transaction Confirmation.

  • Local Service Request (“LSR”) means an industry standard form or a mutually agreed upon change thereof, used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect local services.
