CenturyLink may delay processing CLEC Service Orders should CLEC not perform obligations as specified in this Section.
Following CenturyLink’s notice to CLEC of its Default, CenturyLink shall not be required to process new Service Orders until the Default is timely cured.
The City has no obligation to issue any Approved Service Orders under this Master Agreement.
The Director may terminate this Master Agreement and/or any Approved Service Order(s) immediately upon written notice for any material breach by the Consultant.
If the Director terminates the Master Agreement and/or any Approved Service Order(s) – whether for convenience or for cause – the Director has the option of requiring the Consultant to provide to the City any finished or unfinished Work Product prepared by the Consultant up to the date of Consultant’s receipt of the written notice of termination.
