Service Orders definition

Service Orders means written or electronically transmitted Service Orders for Products placed by Roxio with Adaptec in accordance with the Guidelines, including the description, quantity, Customer, Delivery Point, requested Delivery date, ship to point and other relevant information relating to the order and shipment.
Service Orders has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Service Orders as defined in Section 6.1 hereof.

  • CenturyLink may delay processing CLEC Service Orders should CLEC not perform obligations as specified in this Section.

  • Following CenturyLink’s notice to CLEC of its Default, CenturyLink shall not be required to process new Service Orders until the Default is timely cured.

  • The City has no obligation to issue any Approved Service Orders under this Master Agreement.

  • The Director may terminate this Master Agreement and/or any Approved Service Order(s) immediately upon written notice for any material breach by the Consultant.

More Definitions of Service Orders

Service Orders means documents to be executed by the Parties with respect to the terms and conditions of professional and Logistics Services or Tesoro Services that may be agreed upon from time to time.
Service Orders means all written requests for goods and services of any kind or nature made by a Customer or issued by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to a Customer, whether or not pursuant to a Customer Contract.
Service Orders means the service orders signed separately by the Party A and the Party B or certain third party designated by Party B on specific cooperation projects and business terms, the form of which attached hereto as Annex 2.
Service Orders means the initial request for Installation and all subsequent Carrier Services specified in a written document titled either “Service Order” or “Service Proposal”, and signed by Customer and Carrier and attached to this Agreement, in each case as more fully specified on the Service Order(s) identified on Exhibit A.
Service Orders means fully-executed orders for specific Services on Town and County standard Service Order forms, including attachments thereto. Each Service Order shall be issued and accepted by the parties in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Each Service Order will contain specific provisions with respect to prices, features, locations, descriptions of service, duration and other terms as appropriate.
