Service Offering Description definition

Service Offering Description means the then-current version of the Dell document that describes the APEX Service You ordered. If there is no separate Dell document, the description in the APEX Console will apply.
Service Offering Description means the then-current version of the Dell document that describes the APEX Service Distributor ordered.
Service Offering Description means the then-current version of the Dell document or portal/web page that describes the Service Offering You ordered; as revised by Dell from time to time.

  • Unless the Service Offering Description states differently, Supplier owns and retains title to the Products (including any replaced parts), and these must be returned to Supplier at the end of the Term (or promptly upon replacement with respect to replaced Products or parts).

  • For Offerings that include delivery of Supplier Products, the terms and process for that delivery will be stated in the applicable Service Offering Description.

  • Partner shall comply with Dell’s guidelines and training materials, including all applicable Service Offering Description, Offering Specific Terms, or Service Specification for such Offerings for the period agreed in the Order, with regards to the Services.

  • An Order will be accepted upon the earlier of: (a) when Supplier confirms to Customer in writing that it accepts the Order; or (b) as may be otherwise provided in the Service Offering Description.

  • In these Cloud Terms, references to the “Governing Agreement” mean, collectively, the CTS (as amended and supplemented by these Cloud Terms and including the AUP), each applicable Service Offering Description, and the Order.

  • Supplier will provide the Offering substantially in accordance with the Service Offering Description.


More Definitions of Service Offering Description

Service Offering Description means the then-current version of the Supplier document that describes the Offering identified in a Quote or the Console. If there is no separate Supplier document, then the description in the Quote or the Console will apply. The clause of the CTS entitled “Product and Service Specific Terms” will not apply to Offerings ordered under these Cloud Terms.

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.
