Service Modifications definition

Service Modifications has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.C.
Service Modifications means, collectively, Provider Service Modifications and Vendor Service Modifications.
Service Modifications means any necessary or required maintenance, repairs, updates, or other modifications to the Covered Service, and the systems, networks, and infrastructure used by Smartsheet to operate and provide the Covered Service.

  • Customer is solely responsible for the installation and deployment of any Third-Party Content, Third-Party Services, and/or if applicable to the Service, Modifications (collectively, “Customization”).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, minor modifications that do not require a change to Schedule 2.1(a)(i) shall not be considered Service Modifications or Additional Services under this Section 2.1(c).

Related to Service Modifications

  • Minor modification means a modification that does not significantly alter the nongovernmental function or purpose of the software or is of the type customarily provided in the commercial marketplace.

  • Major modification means any physical change in or change in the method of operation of a major stationary source that would result in a significant emissions increase of a regulated NSR pollutant and a significant net emissions increase of that pollutant from the major stationary source.

  • Material Modifications means any modifications to the material related party transactions which were approved by the Audit Committee or Shareholders during the year which will change the complete nature of the transaction and in case of monetary thresholds which is in excess of 10% of the originally approved transaction, in case of exigencies only.

This definition of “permit modification” shall be used solely for purposes of this chapter governing Title V operating permits.

  • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Significant Modification As defined in Section 3.25.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Permitted Amendments has the meaning specified in Section 10.01.

  • Loan Modification Agreement means a Loan Modification Agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower, among the Borrower, the other Loan Parties, one or more Accepting Lenders and the Administrative Agent.

  • Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.
