Service Level Target definition

Service Level Target means the value of a service metric at which an action on a support ticket complies with the Target Resolution Time. Only support tickets logged against an issue or incident in Licensee’s production environment are used to calculate this metric.
Service Level Target means the metric identified in Exhibit B-1 to Annex B of an applicable Managed Services Statement of Work used to determine whether Provider has met or failed to achieve a Service Level (the latter, a “Service Level Default”) as further described in this Schedule B. All Service Level Targets shall have the following three ranges:

More Definitions of Service Level Target

Service Level Target means the level of performance agreed between the parties for a particular Service Level.
Service Level Target means the level of minimum level of service (for availability, delivery or repair) that will be achieved by the Provider for the Services as specified in the 'Service Level Target' column of the table in Annex C3;
Service Level Target means, in relation to a Service Level, the level of service which the Contractor is required to achieve or exceed in relation to the performance of the Services, as further described in paragraph 3.1 of Schedule 2.2 (Service Level Agreement).
Service Level Target or “SLT” means the SLC target for each SLC as set forth in the SLC table in Schedule "C" attached hereto.

Service Level Target has the meaning given in Clause 2.4.1.2 of Schedule C (Service Levels). 1.145. Services means training services, Maintenance and support services, relocation services, and other services that may be ordered by SARS from time to time under a Work Order; 1.146. Supplier has the meaning set out in the preamble to the Main Agreement. 1.147. Supplier Environment means the hardware, Software, contracts, Intellectual Property, assets, facilities, and other resources owned, leased, licensed or otherwise controlled by Supplier (collectively, "Supplier Resources") that, directly or indirectly, interface with, interconnect with, exchange data with or otherwise interact or interoperate with the relevant environment or the systems Supplier uses internally. Supplier Proposal means the Supplier’s formal response to the Request for Proposal 22-2023 as per Schedule H (Supplier Proposal). 1.152. Supplier Service Delivery Manager means a person designated by the Supplier who will: (a) serve as Supplier’s single point of accountability for the Deliverables; and (b) have day-to-day authority for ensuring Supplier’s fulfilment of its obligations under the Agreement and SARS’s satisfaction with the Deliverables. The Supplier Service Delivery Manager will be a senior member of the Supplier Personnel who will have the authority to act on behalf of Supplier and its Subcontractors. 1.153. Supplier Site means a physical location from which Supplier or a Subcontractor is performing any of the Deliverables, excluding any SARS Sites. 1.154. Silver means a Support Level with associated Service Level Target as set out in Table 2: Support Levels of Appendix C-1 (Service Levels and Credits). 1.
