Service Level Guarantees definition

Service Level Guarantees means a guarantee or guarantees identified as a “Service Level Guarantee” or “Service Level Guarantees” in the applicable Product Terms and Conditions.
Service Level Guarantees means those Service Support Levels set out in the Agreement.
Service Level Guarantees or “SLGs” means the criteria, remedies and procedures relevant to timeframes and other standards for the supply of a Service, as set out in the relevant Schedule;

Examples of Service Level Guarantees in a sentence

  • A claim by the Requesting Licensee shall be made in writing within fourteen (14) Calendar Days of the completion of the relevant Calendar Month on which the Service Level Guarantees are measured.

  • Where the Requesting Licensee fails to comply with the above requirement when submitting its request for IRS via email, the Requesting Licensee shall not be entitled to the applicable Service Level Guarantees in respect of that request.

  • A claim by the Requesting Licensee shall be made in writing within thirty (30) Calendar Days of the completion of the relevant calendar month on which the Service Level Guarantees are measured.

  • Without prejudice to any Service Level Guarantees that apply to the provision of Mandated Services under this ICO Agreement, neither Party warrants that its network or network facilities are or will be free from faults.

  • OpenNet shall provide the Mandated Services to the Requesting Licensee in accordance with any applicable Service Level Guarantees set out in the relevant Schedule.

  • At the same time, IDA considers it fair and reasonable that the actual time taken for arranging and conducting such meetings should be excluded in determining whether the Service Level Guarantees have been met.

  • As IDA understands, in order for a Requesting Licensee to submit a claim for rebates for a failure by OpenNet to meet the Service Level Guarantees, such Requesting Licensee may need to refer to past information on Service Level Availability and other relevant fault details.

  • This Service Level Guarantees and credits are subject to Force Majeure Clause hereof, as well as availability of Software and access capability at the time of outage.

  • It was suggested during the consultation that IDA should monitor the frequency in which OpenNet avoids applying the Service Level Guarantees by claiming “No Fault Found”, and that it should intervene where these cases are frequent.

  • The Requesting Licensee acknowledges that the relevant remedy provided under clause1.5 is a genuine pre-estimate of the Requesting Licensee’s loss and will be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Requesting Licensee for such failure to meet the relevant Service Level Guarantees for Line Sharing and shall be SingTel’s sole and exclusive liability to the Requesting Licensee for such failure.

Related to Service Level Guarantees

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Performance Guarantees means specific measurement indicators assigned to Contract tasks representing timeliness and quality of task output.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.

  • Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

  • Performance and Guarantee Tests , shall mean all operational checks and tests required to determine and demonstrate capacity, efficiency, and operating characteristics as specified in the Contract Documents.

  • Service Guarantee means any payment or other benefit that one party provides to the other party when it fails to meet a Service Standard for which a guarantee payment is provided should that Service Standard not be met;

  • Performance and Guarantee Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine and demonstrate capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics as specified in the Contract Documents.

  • Management Guarantees means guarantees (x) of up to an aggregate principal amount outstanding at any time of $25.0 million of borrowings by Management Investors in connection with their purchase of Management Stock or (y) made on behalf of, or in respect of loans or advances made to, directors, officers, employees or consultants of any Parent, the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary (1) in respect of travel, entertainment and moving-related expenses incurred in the ordinary course of business, or (2) in the ordinary course of business and (in the case of this clause (2)) not exceeding $10.0 million in the aggregate outstanding at any time.

  • Performance Guarantee means the security to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with Sub Clause 10.1 for the due performance of the Contract.

  • Other Guarantees means all guarantees, other than this Preferred Securities Guarantee, to be issued by the Guarantor with respect to preferred securities (if any) similar to the Preferred Securities, issued by trusts other than the Issuer to be established by the Guarantor (if any), in each case similar to the Issuer.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Guarantee Test(s means the test(s) specified in the Technical Specifications to be carried out to ascertain whether the Facilities or a specified part thereof is able to attain the Functional Guarantees specified in the Technical Specifications in accordance with the provisions of GCC Sub-Clause 20.2.1 (Guarantee Test) hereof during/after successful Commissioning followed by Trial - Operation.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement Traffic is traffic that under an optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.

  • Customer Service Agreement shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement. “ Customer User” means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Transmission Service Agreement or “TSA” shall mean the agreement entered into between Long Term Transmission Customer(s) and the TSP pursuant to which TSP shall build, own, operate and maintain the Project and make available the assets of the Project to Long Term Transmission Customer(s) on a commercial basis;

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Subsidiary Guarantees means the guarantees of each Subsidiary Guarantor as provided in Article Thirteen.

  • Medicaid Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between a state agency or other entity administering the Medicaid program and a health care operation under which the health care operation agrees to provide services for Medicaid patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicaid Regulations.

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.
