Service Level Failure(s definition

Service Level Failure(s means whenever the Service provider actual level of performance for a particular Service Level metric (as calculated by that particular metrics service level calculation) is worse than the Target Performance adjusted by the Minimum Performance Percentage (%) for that Service Level.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
