Service Level Commitment definition

Service Level Commitment means the service level commitment more particularly described in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1.1 (Service Development) as it may subsequently be amended or replaced in accordance with Schedule 1.1;
Service Level Commitment means the service level commitment attached as Schedule 1.
Service Level Commitment means the service level commitment more particularly described in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1.1 (Service Development) and the first such Service Level Commitment in the agreed terms SLC and any other service level commitment developed in accordance with Schedule 1.1;

  • The Service Level Commitment measurement will be based on each individual trouble ticket for a Customer Connection.

More Definitions of Service Level Commitment

Service Level Commitment or “SLC” means the service level commitment more particularly described in paragraph 9 of Part 2 (Service Development) of Schedule 1.1 (Franchise Services and Service Development) as such service level commitment may subsequently be amended or replaced in accordance with Schedule 1.1 (Franchise Services and Service Development);
Service Level Commitment means any service level arrangements described in the documentation provided to you by ZAP pursuant to section 2.1.
Service Level Commitment means for each type of Fault, the maximum response time, level of effort, or other metric to which [SIS Vendor] has committed under this Schedule.
Service Level Commitment means the service level commitments set forth in Exhibit B annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
Service Level Commitment means the percentage of service level that FedEx commits to achieve as provided in Section 8.5 of this Agreement.
