Service Interruption Credit definition

Service Interruption Credit means with respect to (i) the Production Availability SLA in a given calendar month the product of the (A) Qualified Revenue Stream of an affected CD Service Order received by CSG during such calendar month and (B) Interruption Time Percentage for such Production Availability SLA and (ii) the Sandbox Availability SLA, as defined in Section 5 below.
Service Interruption Credit is defined in Section 12.1.
Service Interruption Credit means, with respect to a given Billing Period, the product of the (a) ******* ****** ** ********** Fees received by CSG during such Billing Period multiplied by (b) the Interruption Time Percentage.

Examples of Service Interruption Credit in a sentence

  • Except for the revised definitions below, the Definitions of Section 1 of Schedule E are hereby incorporated into this Section 2 of this ScheduleE-1 and shall apply to the calculation of the Sandbox Availability SLA and any Service Interruption Credit provided in Section 3 below.

  • If CSG fails to achieve the Sandbox Availability SLA for any given Billing Period during the Term, Customer shall be entitled to submit a claim for a Sandbox Service Interruption Credit (as defined below) based on the Service Interruption.

  • If Customer makes a valid claim for a Sandbox Service Interruption Credit, CSG shall, subject to Customer’s review and audit rights, calculate the Sandbox Service Interruption Credit and apply this credit to the following Billing Period’s Fees.

  • If CSG fails to achieve the Availability SLA for any given Billing Period during the Term (i.e., for a thirty (30) day Billing Period, Interruption Service Time exceeds 43.2 minutes during that Billing Period), Customer shall be entitled to submit a claim for a Service Interruption Credit based on the Service Interruption.

  • If User is entitled to a Service Interruption Credit for any month, such Service Interruption Credit shall be applied against future Monthly Hosting Fees owed by User pursuant to the Order, or if no future Monthly Hosting Fees are owed, the Service Interruption Credit shall be applied against other future Fees owed by User pursuant to the Order.

  • If Customer makes a valid claim for a Service Interruption Credit, CSG shall, subject to Customer’s review and audit rights, calculate the Service Interruption Credit and apply this credit to the following Billing Period’s Fees.

  • If no such Monthly Hosting Fees or other Fees are owed by User (or if the amount thereof is less than the amount of the Service Interruption Credit owed), the Service Interruption Credit shall be extinguished and Remote-Learner shall have no obligation to make any payment to User with respect to such Service Interruption Credit.


More Definitions of Service Interruption Credit

Service Interruption Credit means with respect to (a) the Production Availability SLA in a given calendar month the product of (i) the Qualified Revenue Stream of an affected Ascendon Service Order received by CSG during such calendar month and (ii) Interruption Time Percentage for such Production Availability SLA; and (b) the Sandbox Availability SLA, as defined in Attachment 4-A. Related to Service Interruption Credit

  • Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:

  • Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.
