Service Interruption definition

Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:
Service Interruption means the loss of picture or sound on one or more cable channels.
Service Interruption means an interruption in transmission that renders the Service unusable due to a total loss of signal for the Service. The Service shall be “Available” in the absence of a Service Interruption.

Examples of Service Interruption in a sentence

  • A Credit Allowance will be given in any month during the term of the Agreement when there is a Service Interruption that qualifies for a credit allowance.

  • A Service Interruption period begins when Customer makes a Trouble Report (as defined below) to Vyve under the methods and procedures set forth in Section 4 of these Additional Terms and Conditions and ends when Vyve restores the Fiber Service to Customer.

  • To the extent that the Service Interruption is not caused by Customer’s direct actions or by the actions of parties associated with the Customer, the time will be tolled by the duration of the Service Interruption (for any continuous suspension lasting at least one full day).

  • Flock will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide written notice of any Service Interruption to Customer, to provide updates, and to resume providing access to Flock Services as soon as reasonably possible after the event giving rise to the Service Interruption is cured.

  • For example, in the event of a Service Interruption lasting five (5) continuous days, Customer will receive a credit for five (5) free days at the end of the Term.

Service Interruption or “interruption” shall mean (i) the loss or substantial impairment of picture and/or sound on one or more cable television channels.
Service Interruption means a period during Service Hours during which there is partial loss of the Services.

Service Interruption time does not include interruptions of less than thirty (30) minutes’ duration. Credits will be as follows: Length of Service Interruption Amount of Credit At least 4 hours and up to and including 24 hours 1 full day The total number of credit allowances per month shall not exceed the total monthly recurring charge for the affected Service. Credit allowances will not be made for less than $1.00, unless required under applicable law. To qualify, Customer must request the Credit from Comcast within 30 days of the Service Interruption.
Service Interruption means a disturbance in the provision of water to a customer affecting quality or quantity.
