Service Fees definition

Service Fees means all the fees paid by Party A to Party B for its services in accordance with Article 3 of this agreement.

Service Fees means the amounts payable by AHS to the Operator for the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

Service Fees means the monthly or annual fees set forth in the Service Order to be paid by Customer to Provider as consideration for Provider’s provision to Customer of the Services, but does not include usage fees, taxes or regulatory fees or surcharges, which Customer must pay in addition to the Service Fees.

Examples of Service Fees in a sentence

• Each Fund agrees to pay Service Fees at an annual rate as set forth in Schedule 1 to this Agreement of up to 0.25% of the average net assets held in Fund accounts for which an Unregistered Intermediary has agreed to provide Services.

• You shall pay all Service Fees owed as they become due following any such adjustment.

• You will incur additional Service Fees for Supplemental Services.

Service Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
