Service Fee definition

Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

Service Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

Service Fee or “Service Fees” means the monthly or annual fees set forth in the Service Order to be paid by Customer to Provider as consideration for Provider’s provision to Customer of the Services, but does not include usage fees, taxes or regulatory fees or surcharges, which Customer must pay in addition to the Service Fees.

Examples of Service Fee in a sentence

• Payment of our Service Fee and the Transaction Amount in the applicable currency is due and payable by you to us at the time the Transaction is submitted by you for processing.

• If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason we will refund you the Service Fee amount of the applicable Transaction (our “Goodwill Guarantee”).

• Clear details on the discrete Service Fee amount related to a Transaction will be made available to you prior to you giving us your consent to execute your Transaction, giving you time to consider whether you wish to be charged that Service Fee for our Service.

• No Transfer of Service Fee will be assessed if a lost or damaged device is replaced with an upgraded device or a device of lesser value (e.g., MicroTracker).

• You agree that we may deduct any Service Fee or other fee that you may owe us from any payment Transaction Amount that we may make available to your nominated Recipient.

More Definitions of Service Fee

Service Fee. Means all fees payable by Party A to Party B for the Services provided by Party B according to Article 3 hereof.
