Examples of Service Extension Period in a sentence

  • As consideration for provision of the Services (whether provided before on or after the Effective Date), Mirum shall reimburse Shire for the applicable FTE Costs plus Shire’s reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs incurred by or on behalf of Shire or its Affiliates for the conduct of the Services; provided that, for any such costs incurred during the Service Extension Period, such reimbursement by Mirum shall be 105% of such costs.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Line Extension means the provision of facilities (including, but not limited to, poles, fixtures, wires, and appurtenances) necessary for delivering electrical energy from the point of origin to one or more of the customer's points of delivery. Facilities provided by the Company to maintain, protect, upgrade, or improve its overall distribution system (even if necessary due to a customer's load addition) are not considered part of a line extension.

  • Extended Period As defined in Section 9.04(b).

  • Accretion Termination Date As defined in the Series Supplement.
