Service End Date definition

Service End Date means the date specified in the Service Confirmation Form for the end of the Service Term.

Service End Date means the first day of the month following the month in which the Participant terminates his or her services as a Non-Employee Director.

Service End Date has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(a).

Service End Date as it relates to each Service has the meaning specified in the relevant Schedule for that Service.
