Service Elements definition

Service Elements means those (cost) elements of the Service that form a Functional Service Component including (for example) but not limited to servers, software, management and monitoring.
Service Elements means the Services, the Supplier Environment, Third Party Environment, the Supplier Content, the Third Party Content, and the Third Party Services;

Examples of Service Elements in a sentence

  • Non-Volumetric Charges apply to the Service Elements as outlined in Table 1.

More Definitions of Service Elements

Service Elements means, without limitation, tools, systems, equipment, Intellectual Property, real property, or services of any nature or kind provided by Third Party Providers in connection with the provision of the Services.
