Service Delivery Point definition

Service Delivery Point means a delivery point which, on the last Day the 2010 Access Arrangement was in effect, was, pursuant to a Gas Transport Services Agreement, the subject of a 2010 Service; and 2016 Access Arrangement means the Access Arrangement commencing on the later of 1 July 2016 and the date on which the Regulator’s approval of the Access Arrangement takes effect under the National Gas Law.
