Examples of Service Deliverable in a sentence

  • The Contractor will promptly notify the Division upon becoming aware of any circumstances that may reasonably be expected to jeopardize the timely and successful completion (or delivery) of any Service, Deliverable, or Project; or if the Contractor uses or authorizes a third party to use Division Materials beyond the license for use.

  • Customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is the correction of any material reproducible nonconformity in the Service Deliverable so that it conforms to this warranty.

  • If the Buyer notifies the Supplier of a second occurrence of the same Non-Conformity within the Further Acceptance Period the Supplier shall work diligently to remedy the Non-Conformity and when such Non-Conformity is corrected the Buyer and the Supplier shall re-test the relevant part of the IT Service Deliverable in accordance with the procedure set out above.

  • For a period of ninety (90) days following the delivery of a Service Deliverable (“Service Deliverable Warranty Period”), OPIE warrants that the Service Deliverable, as provided by OPIE during the Service Deliverable Warranty Period, will in all material respects conform to and perform in accordance with the mutually-agreed specifications, Customer must report any breach of the foregoing warranty to OPIE in writing pursuant to Section 12(f) of this Agreement within the Service Deliverable Warranty Period.

  • Custom Deliverable means the Work Product that Contractor is required to deliver to the Eligible User under this Contract.
