Service Definition definition

Service Definition means the definition of the Supplier's G-Cloud Services provided as part of their Tender that includes, but is not limited to, those items listed Schedule 1 paragraph 1.1 of this agreement;

Service Definition means the definition of the Supplier’s Services provided as part of their Tender that includes, but is not limited to, those items listed at Framework Schedule 1 (Service Requirements and Supplier Service Descriptions) of this Framework Agreement;

Service Definition. The Call Termination Service to Domestic Freephone Numbers comprises the carriage of a voice Call (including facsimile transmission) originated by an end-user on the Network of the Access Seeker and handed over by the Access Seeker via the SIP Interconnection for termination at a Domestic Freephone Number on the Network of the Access Provider.

• A Change shall only apply if there is an amendment to the terms and conditions of this Agreement or a Service Definition and where other procedures are not specified to apply.

• If the Charges are based on transactional, per user, or per unit pricing, the Order Form and/or Service Definition will specify any minimum payment, number of users, units or transactions and any associated trueup provisions or other similar price adjustment mechanisms that could lead to an adjustment to any minimum Charges paid.

• Except as expressly stated herein, this agreement does not grant the Customer any rights to, under or in, any patents, copyright, database right, trade secrets, trade names, trade marks (whether registered or unregistered), or any other rights or licences in respect of the Services or the Service Definition Document.

• The Requesting Party must have the following technical expertise in developing Web service clients for external Web services that have the following characteristics: • Conformance to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web service standards (Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Web Service Definition Language (WSDL), Web Service Security [WS- Security]).

More Definitions of Service Definition

Service Definition means the document made available by PDMS (online via the PDMS Website or by other mechanisms) to the Customer prior to and during the order process that describes the Service offered by PDMS and the Terms and Conditions in addition to those described herein for its use;

Service Definition means the documents setting out the descriptions of the applicable Services, any terms and conditions specific to such Services, and the applicable service levels offered in respect of such services, as set out at as set out on the Service Description document.

Service Definition. The Call Termination Service to Mobile Numbers comprises the carriage of a voice Call (including facsimile transmission and low speed data transmissions like modems and DTMF keying) originated by a Customer on the Network of the Access Seeker and handed over by the Access Seeker at a Point of Interconnection for termination on a service identified by a Mobile Number on the Network of the Access Provider. The Call Termination Service to Mobile Numbers includes the routing of the call from the MSC (Mobile Switching Centre) to the Mobile Number on the Network of the Access Provider. Service Definition means the document made available by BIG EASY (online via the BIG EASY Website or by other mechanisms) to the Customer prior to and during the order process that describes the Service offered by BIG EASY and the Terms and Conditions in addition to those described herein for its use;

Service Definition means the description of each service IMSL is entitled to provide. Software: any software provided by IMSL as part of the Services. Term: means the term of the Agreement, as set out in the Order Form and as may be extended.
