Service Data definition

Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by Subscriber, Agents and End-Users in connection with Subscriber’s use of such Service, excluding Agent Contact Information.
Service Data has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.
Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

  • You shall prevent unauthorized access or use of the Services, Service Data, Documentation, and in the event of a breach, you will notify us immediately.

  • Snyk and/or its licensors owns all Intellectual Property Rights in the Services, Service Data, Software, Platform and the Documentation and except as expressly stated herein, Snyk does not grant to you any rights to, or in, such Intellectual Property.

  • You agree to ensure that all use of the Services, Service Data, Platform and Documentation by you or under your Snyk account are in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the Acceptable Use Policy) and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing this Agreement.

  • Details of the Services, the Service Data, the Documentation, and the results of any performance tests of the Services, constitutes Snyk’s Confidential Information.

  • Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we will provide you with access to use the Services, Service Data and the Documentation during the Term solely for your internal business operations in accordance with your Subscription Allocation.


More Definitions of Service Data

Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within the Service by Data Controller, its Agents and End-Users in connection with Data Controller’s use of such Service, including, without limitation, Personal Data.
Service Data means any Party’s Personal Data (that is not Contact Data) held within the Parties’ systems, applications or databases and that may be accessed, processed, used or stored as a consequence of performing the services under the Agreement.
Service Data means data provided by Client for the purpose of facilitating the Services. Service Data includes but is not limited to, product information included in feeds and transaction detail information such as unit prices and cart values.
Service Data means any electronic data, communications or other materials, including Personal Data, which is collected, stored, transmitted or otherwise processed via Pancake Services, by, or on behalf of, Customer and Customer’s end-users.
Service Data means any information and data relating to the access, use, and/or performance of the Entrust Technology, including data generated in connection with Customer’s and/or Users’ use of the Entrust Technology (e.g., analytics data, statistics data and performance data). Service Data does not include Authentication Records, Customer Data, Profiles, or Personal Data.
Service Data means data received from Bloomberg, including without limitation, valuation, pricing, market and other information, including corporate action data.
Service Data means all data generated by an Internet server that relates to the number of users having access through the Platform and similar user-related usage data collected in connection with the Platform and Services.
