Service Credits definition

Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.
Service Credits means any service credits specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring) being payable by the Supplier to the Customer in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;
Service Credits means the sums referred to in paragraph 5.3 of the Order Form as being payable by the Supplier in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;

Examples of Service Credits in a sentence

  • Service interruptions or failure to achieve the Service at the level required by the Service Level Agreement will not be eligible for Service Credits or Remedies in the event Customer does not comply with Section 2.3(b) of this Agreement or is delinquent in making payment of undisputed fees.

  • Service Credits are Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy and are CA’s sole and exclusive liability for breach of the SLA.

  • If Ironclad does not meet the Target Uptime as to any of the three measures, and if Customer meets its obligations below, Customer will be eligible to receive the applicable Service Credits.

  • A Customer may only receive up to twenty-eight (28) days maximum, for up to four (4) Service Credits, over twelve (12) months.

  • Earned Service Credits or Remedies won’t be applied until Customer is current on all payment obligations.


More Definitions of Service Credits

Service Credits means the service credits specified in Schedule 2-2 which shall be payable to the CUSTOMER by the CONTRACTOR in the event that the Service Levels are not met in respect of Ordered IT Products.
Service Credits means any service credits payable by the Contractor for failure to meet the Service Levels, as referenced in the Contract Letter and the Specification Schedule.
Service Credits means the sums referred to in paragraph 13 (Service Levels) of the completed Part 1A/Part 2A Order Form (Relationship Agreement) as being payable by the Supplier in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;
