Service Crediting Date definition

Service Crediting Date shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.3(b)(i) of this Agreement.

Service Crediting Date means the date on which a PEC Employee who participates in any of the PEC Service Plans becomes employed by a member of the Patriot Group (a) immediately following employment with the PEC Group and (b) within one (1) year after the Distribution Date (or such later date as mutually agreed to by the Parties), as further described in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.

  • Spinco shall credit each Spinco Participant with the amount of accrued but unused vacation time, sick time and other time-off benefits as such Spinco Participant had with the MSG Networks Group as of the Distribution Date or as of an employee’s transfer date for an MSG Networks Employee who becomes a Spinco Employee prior to the Service Crediting Date.

  • All workers’ compensation Liabilities relating to, arising out of, or resulting from any claim by any Entergy Employee or EquaGen System Employee who transfers employment directly to the Enexus Group after the Distribution Date but prior to the Service Crediting Date that results from an accident, incident or event occurring, or from an occupational disease which becomes manifest, on or after the Distribution Date shall be retained or assumed by Entergy or EquaGen, as the case may be.

Related to Service Crediting Date

  • Crediting Date means the date designated in the Adoption Agreement for crediting the amount of any Participant Deferral Credits or Employer Credits to the Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant.

  • Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Service Credit means the periods of time for which the required contributions have been made to

  • Valuation Date means the date of receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption or, if such date is not a Business Day, the first Business Day thereafter.

  • Prior service credit means credit provided under ORS 238.442 or under ORS 238.225 (2)

  • Starting Date means the date referred to in Clause 3.3 hereof;

  • Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Valuation Business Day means, with respect to each Reference Currency, any day, other than a Saturday or Sunday, that is neither a legal holiday nor a day on which commercial banks are authorized or required by law, regulation or executive order to close (including for dealings in foreign exchange in accordance with the practice of the foreign exchange market) in the city or jurisdiction indicated in the table below:

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • Service Year means fiscal year, except that:

  • Ordinary time earnings means the salary, wage or other remuneration regularly received by the employee in respect of the time worked in ordinary hours and shall include shift work penalties, payments which are made for the purpose of District or Location Allowances or any other rate paid for all purposes of the award to which the employee is entitled for ordinary hours of work. Provided that "ordinary time earnings" shall not include any payment which is for vehicle allowances, fares or travelling time allowances (including payments made for travelling related to distant work), commission or bonus.

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.

  • Account Value means the amount shown on Schedule A under the heading Account Value. The parties expressly acknowledge that the Account Value may be different than the liability that should be accrued by the Bank, under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”), for the Bank’s obligation to the Executive under this Agreement. The Account Value on any date other than the end of a Plan Year shall be determined by adding the prorated increase attributable for the current Plan Year to the Account Value for the previous Plan Year.

  • Measurement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).

  • Month of Service means a calendar month in which an employee is in receipt of full salary or wages in respect of the prescribed number of working hours in each working day in the month and includes a calendar month in which an employee is absent on special leave without pay not in excess of twenty (20) working days.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Determination Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong, London and New York City;
