Service Cover provides (i) a during Normal Business Hours next day response to emergency calls or when selected, an enhanced service cover will provide a targeted 6 hour response to emergency calls (ii) all emergency repairs, labour, spare parts (iii) for IntelliLink® range of Equipment, unlimited update to tariff increases and (iv) for non IntelliLink® range of Equipment capable of rate determination, a maximum of 2 tariff increases (Royal Mail or other) will be covered within a 12 month period starting with the Date of First Payment shown on the page of the Order Form and, thereafter, a maximum of 2 postal rate changes will be covered without charge for the 12 month period following each anniversary of the Date of First Payment during this Agreement. The postal rate charges offered above will not be applicable to the DM50/55 meter products, which include the current Royal Mail rates. Any future rates changes will be chargeable. For the PPO and DM50 ranges, technical assistance will be provided in the first instance through our knowledge base web support. Examples of Service Cover in a sentence

  • In the case of Service Cover, not less than 90 days notice in writing must be given.

  • Where a Customer has selected a Boiler Care Gold Standard Service or a Boiler Care Silver Standard Service, the following Clause 6 does not apply to (a) Silver Standard Service Works & Parts or (b) Gold Standard Service Works & Parts (as applicable), subject to the relevant Service Cover amount.

  • The Borrower will calculate the Annual Debt Service Cover Ratio and the Senior Debt/EBITDA Cover Ratio on each Repayment Date and on the basis of the financial statements most recently delivered to the Agent pursuant to Clauses 18.1.1(a), 18.1.1(b) or as the case may be Clause 9.4.3(c)(ii).

Related to Service Cover

  • Debt Service Coverage means that for every $1.00 of debt service required to be paid there must be $1.15 of Net Operating Income available. A worksheet for the calculation of Debt Service Coverage is found in the Report of Operations attached hereto as Exhibit "H" and incorporated herein by this reference.

  • Insurance Coverage Contractor shall, at Contractor’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force for the duration of this Contract the following insurance conforming to the minimum requirements specified below. Unless specified herein or otherwise agreed to by the City, the required insurance shall be in effect prior to the commencement of work by Contractor and shall continue in force as appropriate until the latter of:

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Previously Absent Financial Maintenance Covenant means, at any time, any financial maintenance covenant that is not included in the Loan Documents at such time.

  • Site Coverage means ratio expressed in percentage between the area covered by the ground floor of building and the area of the site;

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Service Commencement Date in respect of a Service or a particular instance of a Service means the date on which that particular Service or particular instance of a Service is first provided to the Customer, or as otherwise explicitly set out in this Agreement;

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Health insurance coverage means benefits consisting of medical care (provided directly, through

  • General Conditions Cost means costs incurred and minor work performed by Contractor without the need for competitive bids/proposals. The allowable General Conditions items are limited in Paragraph 11.1 and are further described on Exhibit “D”. The maximum allowable General Conditions Cost payable to Contractor during the Construction Phase of the Project is set out in Exhibit “A” attached to this Agreement.

  • Covered Building Service Contract means a contract or subcontract to provide Building Services to the City of Cambridge or any of its departments or subdivisions.

  • Time for Completion means the time for completing the Works as stated in the Contract Data (or as extended under Sub-Clause 7.3), calculated from the Commencement Date.

  • Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Minimum Essential Coverage has the meaning given in the Affordable Care Act, 26 U.S.C. §5000A(f).

  • Maintenance and Operations Revenue or “M&O Revenue” means (i) those revenues which the District receives from the levy of its annual ad valorem maintenance and operations tax pursuant to Section 45.002 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, or other lawful authority, and Article VII § 3 of the TEXAS CONSTITUTION, plus (ii) all State revenues to which the District is or may be entitled under the applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE or any other statutory provision as well as any amendment or successor statute to these provisions, as applicable, less

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Creditable coverage means, with respect to an individual, coverage of the individual provided under any of the following:

  • Generation Operations Center means the location of Buyer’s real-time operations personnel.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Extended school year services means special education and related services that are provided to a child with a disability and meet the standards of the State of Wisconsin. These services are provided beyond the normal school year of the local educational agency, in accordance with the individualized education program (IEP), and at no cost to the parents of the child.

  • Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.
