Service configuration definition

Service configuration means identification of the type of serving arrangement used by the local service provider to provide service to the end user, including resale, facility-based service, and other arrangements.
Service configuration means any of the following circuit and equipment configurations that may be ordered by Subscribers to access the Network: Classic Dual T-1 Configuration, Shared Dual T-1 Configuration, Shared Dual DS0 Configuration, Classic Single T-1 Configuration, Shared Single T-1 Configuration, Shared Single T-1 with ISDN Configuration, Shared Single DS0 Configuration, Shared Single DS0 with ISDN Configuration.
Service configuration means the rights to the Service and the Term, based on the following configuration (unless otherwise agreed by Questionmark in writing): - Number of users: One - Permitted use: Author Items and Assessments - Publish to: Questionmark Perception or Questionmark OnDemand - Storage space: 100Mb v.3.23.2016.18:30

Examples of Service configuration in a sentence

  • Any alteration/modification/restoration/investigation to the Service or Service configuration, and/or relocation of the Service based on the Customer's request is chargeable to the Customer at a rate as specified in the Application Form or any other rate as may be specified by TM from time to time.

  • There is one basic type of GigaMAN Service configuration: Node-to-Node Service.

  • Any alteration, modification, restoration, investigation, updates, enhancement, upgrades or changes to TM’s network, the unifi Service or Service configuration, TM’s product offerings or to any related equipment owned by TM (due to upgrades to TM’s network or enhancement or change of technology, amongst other) will be at TM’s sole discretion and TM has no obligation to provide the Customer with notice of such changes or enhancement.

Service configuration means the particular components and optional modules of the Service licensed hereunder to access and use each such component or module of the Service pursuant to this Agreement and as may be amended from time to time.

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Service Desk means the single point of entry for all Service Tickets and Service Requests which can be accessed over the phone, by email or via our portal.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);
