Service Charge Period definition

Service Charge Period means the period of 12 months from 1 January to 31 December in each year (or such other period as the Landlord may from time to time determine) and notify to the Tenant in writing.
Service Charge Period means the period commencing on 6 October 2005 and expiring on the first Service Charge Account Date and thereafter the period from and excluding one Service Charge Account Date up to and including the next Service Charge Account Date;
Service Charge Period means a period of 12 months ending on 31st December in any year or such other period as the Landlord may at its discretion from time to time determine and notify in writing to the Tenant

Examples of Service Charge Period in a sentence

  • Where services are to be provided by the Client, producing by the last month of a Service Charge Period a budget for meeting expenditure for the ensuing Service Charge Period, for notification to Tenants as required under the relevant RICS Code, but subject to prior approval of the Client.
