Service Characteristics definition

Service Characteristics means, in relation to a Service, the characteristics of that Service:
Service Characteristics means, in relation to any Service, the characteristics of that Service specified in any Train Operator Variation Request;
Service Characteristics means, in relation to a Service, the characteristics of that Service: specified in the Rights Table (as defined in Schedule 5); or where not specified in the Rights Table, specified in an Access Proposal, Rolled Over Access Proposal, Train Operator Variation Request, or in a proposal by the Train Operator of an Alternative Train Slot under paragraphs 4 or 5 of Schedule 4, and accepted by Network Rail;

Service Characteristics means, in relation to a Service, the characteristics of that Service: specified in the Rights Table (as defined in Schedule 5); or where not specified in the Rights Table: specified in an Access Proposal, Rolled Over Access Proposal, Train Operator Variation Request; or where the rights to operate that Service have been drawn down by the Freight Customer into an Operator Access Agreement in accordance with this contract, in a proposal by the relevant Appointed Operator of an Alternative Train Slot under paragraphs 4 or 5 of schedule 4 to that Operator Access Agreement, and accepted by Network Rail; or in all other circumstances, in a proposal by the Freight Customer of an Alternative Train Slot in accordance with paragraph 5 of Schedule 4;

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub.   • Indicators means actions that are likely to lead to the achievement of a competency and which, together with the competency, are measurable and observable;

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Criteria means one of the eight (8) state defined categories to be scored.

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.
