The costs of settlement administration, including notice and distributions to members of the Final Settlement Class, the costs of administrating the Settlement Fund, and reasonable fees of the Settlement Administrator, Plaintiff’s Counsel’s Fees and Expenses and Class Representative’s Service Award shall be paid exclusively from the Settlement Fund.
Class Counsel will apply to the Court for Plaintiff to be paid a Service Award, in addition to any settlement payment as a result of an Approved Claim pursuant to this Agreement, and in recognition of their efforts on behalf of the Settlement Class, in an aggregate amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), paid to Class Counsel firm OlsenDaines.

More Definitions of Service Award

Service Award means an award authorized by the Court to be paid to each Plaintiff in recognition of his/her efforts in prosecuting the Action and obtaining the benefits of the Settlement for the Class Members, such award not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) for each of the Plaintiffs.

Service Award means an Award that vests solely based on the passage of time or continued Service over a fixed period of time.
