Service Award definition

Service Award means any Court ordered payment to Plaintiff for serving as Class Representative, which is in addition to any payment due to Plaintiff as a Settlement Class Member.
Service Award means any award approved by the Court that is payable to the Class Representatives from the Settlement Fund.

More Definitions of Service Award

Service Award means an award authorized by the Court to be paid to each Plaintiff in recognition of his/her efforts in prosecuting the Action and obtaining the benefits of the Settlement for the Class Members, such award not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) for each of the Plaintiffs.
