Service Availability Credit definition

Service Availability Credit. The remedy BluIP will provide for a Valid Claim (as defined in the SLA). The Service Availability Credit will be applied in the form of a credit as set forth in the Agreement.

Examples of Service Availability Credit in a sentence

  • Only one (1) Service Availability Credit is available in any given calendar month.

  • Service Availability Credit requests must include Your Account name or Account number and the dates and specific times for which You are requesting Service Availability Credits.

  • The Ethernet Service Availability Credit shall be equal to 1% of the Monthly Recurring Fee for Ethernet Service for the respective month for every 0.1% (or portion thereof) that the Service Availability falls below the Ethernet Service Availability Target.

  • Canadian Availability means, at any time, an amount equal to (a) the lesser of (i) the aggregate Canadian Revolving Commitments at such time and (ii) the Canadian Borrowing Base at such time, minus (b) Commitment Reserves established with respect to the Canadian Loan Parties and/or the Canadian Collateral at such time minus (c) the Aggregate Canadian Credit Exposure at such time.
