Service Attachments definition

Service Attachments means individually or collectively all applicable Service Schedules, Service Exhibits, Service Guides, Statements of Work (“SOWs”), Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”), Order Form(s), Service Order(s), pricing attachments, and any other documents that are attached or expressly incorporated into the Agreement.
Service Attachments means work orders, change request documents or other statements of work.
Service Attachments means those service attachments issued pursuant to this Agreement that describe services (the "Service(s)") Agile may offer under this Agreement, along with any applicable special terms or conditions applicable, descriptions of Services, features, and any fees associated with such Services, as well as any other provisions the Parties may agree to therein. Such Service Attachments, when executed by the Parties, are incorporated into this Agreement and become a part hereof. Agile’s standard Service Attachment for Agile Network Connect Services is attached hereto as Attachment 1.

Examples of Service Attachments in a sentence

  • Additional, specific reporting data requirements may be outlined in the Service Attachment(s).

  • In event of a conflict related to the general Terms and Conditions between the Agreement and the Service Attachment(s), the Agreement shall prevail.

  • Assessment criteriaAll concept notes received within the deadline indicated on the DMFA website will be assessed according to the below process and criteria for evaluation.

Service Attachments or “SA” - a document containing the terms for one or more Services. • “SOW” – is a Statement of Work detailing Services, Project Service(s), and/or Supplemental Service(s) to be performed by Provider.

Related to Service Attachments

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • Pole Attachment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.8.1.

  • Attachments means any item the Solicitation requires a Service Provider to submit as part of the Offer.

  • Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Order Form(s) means a request for Service describing the type and quantity of Services required by Customer and submitted and accepted by the Parties in accordance with Section 2(A) (Ordering Services). The Order Form may be presented and executed via the Administrative Portal.

  • Local Service Ordering Guide or "LSOG" is a document developed by the OBF to establish industry-wide ordering and Billing processes for ordering local services.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Attachment A is an itemized list of the estimated election expenses for this Joint Election and the amounts that each Participating Political Subdivision must deposit with the Dallas County Elections Department. It also includes the Deposit Detail for each entity. The Elections Administrator will amend “Attachment A” to reflect the changing estimates of election expenses that are caused by changing circumstances and by the withdrawal of Participating Political Subdivision(s), if any, from this Election Services Contract.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

  • Stop Work Order is defined in Appendix B. “Term” comprises the Initial Term and any Option Terms.

  • Service List means the list of persons designated by the hearing officer or Clerk in a regulatory or adjudicatory proceeding upon whom parties or participants must serve motions, prefiled questions and prefiled testimony and any other documents that the parties or participants file with the Clerk unless the hearing officer otherwise directs.   • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Addendum/Addenda means formally issued written or graphic modifications and/or interpretations of the Construction Documents that may add to, delete from, clarify or correct the description and/or scope of the Work. Addenda are issued during the bidding phase of the project.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.
