Service Arrangements means the Consulting Agreement dated as of April 1, 2006 between the Company and Holder or substitute Employment Agreement between the Company and Designated Consulting Executive entered into pursuant to such Consulting Agreement.

Services delivered by a wide range of professionals. Strong desire to increase targeted delivery to address inequalities. Single shared staff room. Suitable space for patients who become unwell and need transfer to acute services. This option will not deliver this in the future and will perpetuate a poor environment with limited facilities and also reduce access to primary and community care services for local residents.
