Service Annex definition

Service Annex means any annex to these General Terms in relation to any specific Service(s) provided by CLSA and/or its Affiliates;
Service Annex means a document (e.g. an exhibit, schedule, or attachment) that the Parties mutually append to the Agreement and that sets forth the Location-specific Service Levels applicable to Customer.
Service Annex means any annexure to any Schedule describing the Products or Services.

More Definitions of Service Annex

Service Annex means an Annex issued by the Supplier specifying the contents of and, if applicable, any special terms and conditions applicable to respective Service.
Service Annex means in respect of: (1) a Order for Services based on the Order Template, the description contained in the annex(es) to an Order, each Service Annex incorporates: a) Part A: Service Specification; b) Part B: Service Levels (if applicable); and c) Part C: Service Specific Terms; or: (2) a Professional Services Order based on the SoW Template, the appropriate sections of that Order that refer to the Service Specification, Service Levels and Service Specific Terms.
Service Annex means any annex to these General Terms in relation to any specific Service(s) to be provided or currently provided by CLSA;
Service Annex means an annex further describing the Service which is appended to the relevant Service Schedule. References to Service Schedule in this MSA shall be deemed to be references to applicable Service Annex(s).
Service Annex means the BT MeetMe Global Access Annex to this PSA which sets forth the terms and conditions under which such Service is to be provided to Customer. Site means the place at which BT agrees to provide the Service, or access to the Service.
