Service Addendum definition

Service Addendum means a document entered into by both parties that describes the specific terms and conditions applicable to that particular addendum’s Service including the Service Specification.

Service Addendum means an addendum to your Account Agreement that describes the terms and conditions of a Treasury Service that is not described in this Booklet or that replaces the terms and conditions of a Treasury Service that is described in this Booklet.

Service Addendum has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

More Definitions of Service Addendum

Service Addendum means the services addendums set out at schedule 1 of these Supplier Terms and shall include the Service Description set out or referenced therein.

Service Addendum shall refer to the specific terms and conditions and any applicable service level agreement ("SLA") attached thereto and incorporated herein, that applies to the Service(s) purchased by Customer. "Service Order" shall collectively refer to any service order(s), authorization form(s) or order form(s) that describes and sets forth the pricing for the Service(s) purchased by Customer. Service Orders shall be effective as of the date of acceptance by SAVVIS. SAVVIS reserves the right to accept or reject any Service Order. The parties acknowledge that SAVVIS' obligation to provide the Service(s) is subject to its having obtained all of the requisite licenses and consents related thereto.
