Service Account definition

Service Account means an account from Our current account range, a Business Investment Account, a Danske Midas Account (previously known as Midas Gold) or a Summit Account that You hold with the Bank in Your name(s). You will be required to maintain a Service Account for the duration of the Danske Fixed Term Deposit Account.

Service Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Other Fees.

Service Account means any account that may be an account of the Client with Butterfield, as specified in the Schedule to the Application (or any other document), which the Client wishes to access using the Service.

Examples of Service Account in a sentence

• Moneys held for the credit of a Series Reserve Account shall be used for the purpose of paying interest or principal or Amortization Installment or Maturity Amount on the Bonds of the related Series whenever amounts on deposit in the Series Debt Service Account shall be insufficient for such purpose.

• A "Full Service Account" is an account maintained by FTIS for a Fund shareholder of record.

• Prior to the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, funds on deposit in the Debt Service Account, if any, shall be used to pay Debt Service when due, together with any late payment charges or interest accruing at the Default Rate.

• In the event sufficient funds are unavailable for the payment of Debt Service and/or Ground Lease Payments from the Property Service Account, then Manager shall notify Lessee in writing of such insufficiency who shall in turn advise the Landlord under the applicable Lease to replenish the Property Service Account to provide funds for payment of Debt Service and/or Ground Lease Payments.

• A "Full Service Account" is (i) an account maintained by FTIS for a Fund shareholder of record, other than a Networked Account (as defined in Section 3[c] of this Agreement) or an account on which Beneficial Owner Servicing Fees (as defined in Section 3[b] of this Agreement) are paid; or (ii) a plan participant level record keeping account maintained by FTIS for an employer sponsored retirement plan.

More Definitions of Service Account

Service Account means an agreement between a Customer and the City for the supply of Utility Services which is non-transferable. A Service Account is considered active while Utility Services are being provided.

Service Account means the non-interest and non-profit bearing account which is maintained by the Bank for the Cardholder, into which any amount of the Current Balance which is due and unpaid after the relevant Payment Due Date, is transferred from the Card Account.

Service Account means an account used for servicing a computer system that may be used by more than one User.

Service Account has the meaning set forth in SCE’s Rule 1.

Service Account means any account or other financial product or service that you maintain with us and in connection with which you use or may use any function or feature of any Service. A Service Account may include, for example and without limitation, a deposit account, a loan account, a credit card or other line of credit account, or a general purpose reloadable stored value card. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility and/or ineligibility of any account or financial product or service as a Service Account, and the eligibility and/or ineligibility of any Service Account for any Service functionality or transaction, at any time and from time to time, in our sole and absolute discretion and without notice to you, subject to the requirements of applicable law. You may call us at the telephone number provided in the “Errors or Questions” section of this Agreement for current information about the eligibility of certain accounts, products and services as Service Accounts and the eligibility of certain Service Accounts for certain Services.

Service Account means (i) the primary checking account (or checking accounts) designated by you that will be debited for payments to Payees initiated through the Service ( any such checking account being referred to herein as a "Primary Service Account"), (i i) all other eligible deposit accounts that are linked to your Primary Service Account, (iii) lines of credit from which funds may be transferred to a Service Account, (iv) investment accounts, such as IRAs which may be funded from a Service Account, and (v) any other account or financial product accessed using the Service. All of these accounts are subject to this Agreement. An account that requires two signatures to make withdrawals may not be designated as a Service Account.

A Service Account may include, for example and without limitation, a deposit account, or a loan account or other line of credit account.
